TechQora started because we got tired of doing the same manual work every day. So we built systems to handle it. Those systems worked so well that other businesses started asking us to build the same thing for them.
The short version
We run businesses. Real ones, with invoices, clients, employees, and all the operational headaches that come with them. At some point we realized we were spending more time on data entry, manual follow-ups, and scattered spreadsheets than on the work that actually mattered.
So we started building. First it was simple automations. Connect QuickBooks to Google Sheets so invoices update automatically. Route new leads to the right person without someone checking a shared doc. Send daily summaries to Teams without writing them by hand.
Then it got more serious. We built AI agent systems that handle outreach, monitor our servers, and manage content across platforms. We built custom dashboards so we could see what was actually happening in the business instead of asking five people for updates.
The systems worked. Our operations got tighter. We got more done with the same team. And when other business owners saw what we were running, they wanted the same thing.
